Delivery charge

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to orders delivered within Pakistan, unless a promotion states otherwise.

Order processing and delivery

• Orders are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Standard delivery is generally estimated at 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier operations.
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by courier, weather, public-holiday, or other circumstances outside Medluck’s control.

Address and tracking

• Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, phone number, and delivery address when placing an order.
• We may contact you to confirm Cash on Delivery orders before dispatch.
• When tracking is available, the relevant tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly. We will investigate the issue with the relevant delivery partner and advise you on the available resolution.
